This hypothesis explains why a criminal band of gangsters is running the world's governments, possible UFO cover-ups, and why humankind is like a ship lost in fog with a drunken crew: unaware of where it is going or where it should be going. It should be pointed out that this hypothesis could be totally wrong; there might be no benign reason for the Zionist hoodlums' despicable, murderous activities, which does not inspire much hope for the future of intelligent life. Even if advanced interstellar civilizations had seeded a "chosen race" some 6,000 years ago and planted sacred scrolls for them to find, the whole "UFO" theme is more likely to be a red herring put in place by the criminals in order to deflect attention. Beings whose brains have been uploaded into optical technology could observe undetected from afar, and would not crash their spacecraft and be captured. For now, it is more productive for truth-seekers and honest inquisitive investigators to work to identify and bring our vicious genocidal crooks to justice, rather than waste time investigating reports of "UFOs". We must save ourselves now, not wait for some clever aliens or invisible, inaudible, odourless gods to do the job.

The Galaxy contains many beings who are vastly more intelligent than humans. Within a few millennia of an emergent civilization's possible migration to space, a program is put into place to ensure that the newcomers do not present a threat to advanced interstellar life. These superbeings have advanced well beyond the animal phase. For example, they have conquered death, disease and aging. In order to reduce the risk of total annihilation of any given individual, they even go to the extraordinary lengths of creating multiple back-ups distributed amongst a number of stellar systems. Their brains have been augmented with new hardware that processes optical signals, with a speed increase of some six orders of magnitude. To a human, an individual life is only worth a few thousand dollars, pounds or shekels. To an intelligent lifeform, an individual life is absolutely priceless, infinitely valuable, to be treasured and cherished.

Intelligent life cannot afford to have a bunch of savage barbarians loose in interstellar space who would simply shoot everyone, blow everything up, pollute the Galaxy and wreak havoc. Hence, an intellectually immature but technologically precocious emergent civilization must be put through a series of tests. On gaining and proving its intellectual maturity, it may then be released and welcomed into the interstellar community. Until such time, the planet is set up rather like a giant zoo or a prison planet.

Collectively, the species is put into a sort of biostasis until it passes the test. The aim is to bring about a One World government to minimize the risk of a devastating international nuclear war, and to stabilise the situation until the species is ready to move ahead. Unfortunately, the stasis does not apply to individuals (except for a prescient few who opt for cryonic suspension).

So what must a species do to pass the test? There are three ideologies that must be renounced: mortalism, mysticism, and statism. Mortalism is the practice of maintaining obsolete cycles of birth and death with the associated disease and aging, rather than working to conquer natural death, disease and aging. Mysticism is the practice of forsaking logic and reason for fantasies that provide a feel-good factor; an inward-looking fixation with internal subjective experience as opposed to objective external reality. Statism is the practice of entrusting the initiation of force to a nationalised monopoly - a government - as opposed to setting up competing private agencies which will provide a better service to the consumer.

When an emerging civilization appears (to monitoring intelligent lifeforms) to be within a few millennia of a possible migration to space, a new species or race is created, in the image of the indigenous population. Technically, the created animals could be considered as a new species, since they did not evolve from microbes (and in Earth's case, monkeys). Similarity with the host population is sufficient that the newcomers can be viewed as a "race". Their role is that of a Galactic Police Force.

The advanced lifeforms merely need create a single pair. But there is much more to the program. The new race has to be provided with a strategy for world domination. It has been designed with an above average IQ and is in some regards relatively intelligent, and certainly cunning. However, the limitation of only 200 generations together with a tendency for inter-family breeding has its pros and cons. Jews - we'll call them that as this is how they are known on Earth - have limited genetic diversity. On the positive side, they exhibit a strong loyalty to their race, which is admirable. But their limited diversity limits their ability to create a wide range of culture and ideas.

The strategy for world domination is initially provided in the form of "sacred religious scrolls". It is a divide and conquer strategy. Religion is used to control and subjugate the masses, but a number of religions are propagated throughout a planet, to divide and create conflicts among the indigenous population. Moreover, Jews had their own religion, so they could present themselves to a host population as unique not due to their race but due to their religion. They also had their own language - Hebrew - so that the Gentiles or "Goyim" could not understand the Talmud, for example the part that states that it is permitted for a Jew to rob a Gentile but not another Jew. And whilst murder of another Jew is a capital offense and heinous sin, murder of a Gentile is a lesser sin on a par with indirect killing of a Jew. And indirect killing of a Gentile is permitted.

In Earth's case, the strategy for world domination was comprehensively documented and regularly updated in various revisions such as "The Prince", "Macchiavel, Montesquieu, Rousseau", "The Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu" and "The Protocols of The Learned Elders of Zion". Authors included both Jews and non-Jews. When a Jewish-penned document was leaked, Zionists would simply claim after a suitable delay to have "discovered" links between it and a previous, non-Jewish revision, and declare the newer document a "forgery". It is ironic that had there been more dishonest politicians in 1919, WWII would not have occurred. With a successful hoax about six million Jews dying of starvation, the criminal cabal would have gained their own state more than 20 years earlier. The same applies to WWI and pre-war corruption levels. On the positive side, if it weren't for the World Wars we would already have One World Government.

The strategy involved usury, trading in high profit margin commodities, and fraud to obtain a relatively large share of the world's wealth; taking control of the media; taking control of the money supply. Their wealth was initially used to bribe kings and leaders; eventually as more power and privilege was accumulated, blackmail would be another weapon in their armoury.

So a murderous band of outlaws started two World Wars and a hoax about "gas chambers" in order to obtain their own country. Nuclear power status was achieved soon after the assassination of a US President. A powerful ability to bribe and blackmail "democratic" client States conferred immense wealth and power. Any government resistance to the cabal's demands ("attack/keep occupying Egypt/Libya/Afghanistan/Iraq/Iran"), or any sign of the people failing to fall for ludicrous hyperbole, is met by a violent demonstration of strength. Such terrorist attacks are then blamed on whichever scapegoat - real or imagined - suits the prevailing agenda of the cabal and their puppets, such as al Qaeda, Chechens, Libya, Egypt, IRA, PKK, etc.

So far, the empirical evidence is insufficient to prove the case for alien life. Whether one believes in this will depend on one's ontological models. The eighth dimension - omniversal space - is the space that contains all the parallel worlds or universes, which should be termed multiverses. (Dimensions six and seven - "arcuum space", the space of the curves - are responsible for particle-wave duality and the translation of amplitudes into probabilities. The fifth dimension - charge space - is involved in electromagnetism as per Kaluza-Klein theories. The first four dimensions are space-time, as per Einstein's General Relativity.) Each multiverse is comprised of a particular set of points in omniversal space, and the number of multiverses is aleph-2, similar to the number of functions on a graph. The omniverse is comprised of aleph-1 root universes or points in omniversal space. A multiverse contains only aleph-null points or root universes. Since this is still infinite, an individual comprised of particle-strings extending across a particular multiverse may continue to make Schrodinger's Cat-type observations indefinitely, splitting into smaller sections without running out of root universes. Aleph-null is also the quantity of coarse-grained classical histories within the omniverse. Some multiverses are very similar, with near-copies of some particular individual drinking coffee instead of tea. In other versions, dinosaurs rule the Earth.

Only an infinitesimal proportion of worlds are inhabited, and only an infinitesimal proportion of these feature life that arose spontaneously. In an infinity of worlds, the extreme unlikelihood of hitting the required point in phase space and of amino acids correctly assembling to form a range of proteins will be realised in some worlds. Hence, the need to postulate a Creator is eliminated. But the vast majority of life-containing universes would have been those seeded by DNA manufactured on a vast scale in parallel worlds, sent through traversable wormholes (artificial Einstein-Rosen bridges), and distributed by comets. If the white hole side of the wormhole leads to random worlds, it is very unlikely that the tiny minority of worlds with spontaneously arising life would receive DNA in their turn. Thus, in these worlds life is rare and will certainly not form in more than one planet within a galaxy. However, for any given lifeform, it is almost certain that it exists within the much greater set of seeded worlds. Consequently, life is widespread throughout this particular lifeform's galaxy, and it is almost certain that this lifeform is not the most advanced within the galaxy.

An alternate hypothesis, closer to the standard evolutionary model but still allowing spontaneously emerged and evolved hyper-intelligent beings to colonize other multiverses whilst getting around the problem of amino acids' unlikely assembly into proteins, has proteins rather than DNA manufactured and sent through wormholes, leaving evolution to do the rest. In either case, it is not necessary for the advanced life of colonized multiverses to create some kind of key which releases apemen newcomers into interstellar space upon passing the test. A world of sheep, who believe the mass media, believe their government propaganda, and allow much of their resources to be devoted to finding more effective methods of killing and destruction, will not even populate their moon(s), let alone their galaxy. Once a civilization frees itself from the shackles of government, from the limits of a "natural" lifespan, and from woolly thought processes that obfuscate rather than enlighten, it will exploit the galaxy's resources in a responsible manner.

For a species in humankind's position, rather close in geological terms from having the technology to migrate to interstellar space, there are certain clues. Although the evidence greatly favours evolution over intelligent design, evolution sometimes seems to work a little too well. Species which are half-man, half-monkey, are not observed, for example. It appears that comets may carry viruses such as flu and SARS. And a libertarian, minimalist system of government will not work, because the world's governments (and most opposition leaders) are puppets of a Jewish Mafia standing in the shadows. Democracy is observed to be nothing more than Hobson's choice.

"Worlds" in this context denotes points in omniversal space, multiverses or root universes - the Everettian worlds or universes of many worlds / universes. If we are talking about planets within a seeded parallel multiverse, the proportion of inhabited planets is low, but not as low as might have been expected, and certainly not infinitesimally low.
