He says he was charged with a group, and he only had an infraction for driving with a suspended license. His other charges were dismissed, the reason being that one of the others was responsible. He says he paid off the fine in full in 2005 after selling an apartment and having some extra cash.

The charges on Daryl's arrest record include being in possession of a needle and syringe and a controlled substance. This led to some speculation that maybe he would have been vulnerable to pressure from the intelligence agencies to work for them, also that his account of how he contracted hepatitis - from a hospital following an "accident on a ship" - was not entirely truthful.

But the drug-related charges were all dismissed. It must be admitted that "Daryl Bradford Smith the junkie" never seemed very credible. And the problem with the hypothesis that an agency forced Daryl to work for them after paying off his fine is that the fine would only have been in the order of $100 - $200. They would have needed a lot more leverage than that!

In reality, Daryl's version of events - that he was abused and deceived by people that he had trusted, but had been warned about - rings true. Eric Hufschmid and Christopher Bollyn are the bad guys, who were making Daryl appear bad by association with the bullshit that they were peddling, such as "Bollyn family missing", and "almost every truth seeker is a Zionist agent".

It was decided that information such as criminal records is too personal to keep as a permanent record on the internet, unless there exists evidence that the individual concerned is guilty of quite heinous crimes. This is not the case with Daryl Bradford Smith, and so the "rap sheet" information has been removed from this page.
